The website
The website is a static site. It has no forms, no analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Fonts and other files load from our own domain; there are no third-party scripts.
When you open a page, your browser sends standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t collect this data ourselves or use it to profile visitors.

Our Telegram assistant: what we collect
When you message @mindspringagencybot, we store:
- Telegram profile details that Telegram shares with bots: your numeric user and chat ID, username, first and last name, and app language.
- The messages you send to the assistant and its replies, with timestamps. For photos, voice messages, files and other non-text messages we store only the type of message and its caption, not the file itself. If you share a contact card, we store the name and phone number in it.
- Details you choose to share about your enquiry: your name, company or project, the service you need, budget, timeline and preferred contact method, plus a short summary of your request written by the assistant.
- Service records: how many messages you have sent, the status of your enquiry, and whether you have blocked the bot.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and keep the conversation going.
- To understand your enquiry and pass it to our manager so they can contact you.
- To prevent spam and abuse (for example, limits on how many messages can be sent).
- To keep the service running reliably.
We don’t use your data for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
How AI is used
The assistant’s replies are generated by an AI model (Llama 3.3 70B, an open model by Meta) that runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, inside Cloudflare’s infrastructure. To write each reply, the model receives your recent conversation (up to the last 20 messages), the enquiry details collected so far, and your Telegram first name and username.
AI replies can be inaccurate; a person from our team handles every enquiry that is passed on. Please don’t send sensitive information, such as passwords, payment card details or health information, to the assistant.
If you email us
If you write to contact@mindspring.agency, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and to handle your request.
How long we keep data
We keep conversations, profile details, enquiry information and emails only as long as needed to provide the service, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Technical message IDs used to filter out duplicate Telegram messages are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access: get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct: fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete: erase your conversation, profile details and enquiry information.
To make a request, email contact@mindspring.agency and include your Telegram username (or the name you used) so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm the request, for example by messaging the assistant from the same Telegram account.
You can stop using the assistant or block it in Telegram at any time. Blocking stops new messages but doesn’t delete what is already stored; email us for that.
Security
Connections to the website and the assistant are encrypted (HTTPS). Assistant data is stored with Cloudflare, and the team dashboard is password-protected.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
